KS4 Guided Choices
Selecting options is an important part of students’ educational journey. The PowerPoint presentation and Options Booklet below outline the options process and subjects available for students to study in Years 10 and 11.
All students will have an opportunity to discuss their options and will have access to ‘taster days’ before making their final decision.
Key Dates
| Thursday 6th February 2025 | Year 9 Parents’ Evening and Options Information Presentation – A chance for parents to find out about the options process. |
| Wednesday 13th March 2025 | Pupil Assembly – students will receive their Option Booklets at this time and find out more about subjects that have not yet encountered.. |
| Friday 14th March 2025 | Deadline to have option choices back |
| wb. 24th March 2025 | One-to-one meetings to confirm option choices allocated to students |
| By end of April | Options confirmed |

Options Presentation – Please click here for the options presentation shown to students during their March assembly.
Options Booklet – This booklet will be given as a hard copy to students, along with a paper copy of the options form.
Electronic Options Form – Rather than completing the paper form, students can submit their option choices using this online form. Please do not fill in both a paper copy and an electronic copy.
